Our position

Clixarena is a discovery and search tool for movies, TV shows, and anime. We do not host, upload, encode, or store any video files on our own servers. We display metadata (titles, artwork, descriptions, ratings) sourced from providers like TMDB and AniList, and we link out to third-party sites for playback. We respect the intellectual property rights of others and expect the same from anyone linked to or through the service.

Filing a DMCA takedown notice

If you believe content accessible through Clixarena infringes your copyright, you can send a notice to our designated agent below. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, your notice must include:

• A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or someone authorized to act on their behalf.
• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed.
• Identification of the material you claim is infringing, and information reasonably sufficient to locate it (e.g. the exact page URL on Clixarena).
• Your contact information — address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use isn't authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
• A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the above information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Send notices to [email protected] with the subject line "DMCA Takedown Notice." Notices missing the required information above may not receive a response.

What happens after a valid notice

On receiving a complete and valid notice, we will remove or disable the specific link or listing identified, to the extent it's under our control, and notify the party who posted or submitted it, if identifiable. Since Clixarena doesn't host video files, this typically means removing a link or reference from our catalog rather than removing hosted content.

Counter-notification

If you believe material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the same address including:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material removed and its location before removal.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your district (or, if outside the US, an appropriate judicial district), and that you'll accept service of process from the person who filed the original notice.

Repeat infringers

We may suspend or terminate accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers.

Changes to this policy

If this policy changes in a material way, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
